SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via FedEx and UPS. Standard shipping within Thailand for orders over $49.99 is free. International shipping, for orders $99.99 USD and below, will be Standard Shipping $25.00 USD. Orders $100.00 USD and above, Shipping will be free.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 3 - 5 business days for delivery. For international shipments, please allow 7 - 21 days for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

Tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to FedEx or UPS.

Any orders will become your property at the time that they are shipped to the address provided to us, provided that we have received full payment for the order.

We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.
